So...The main part of root is to change the bootloader to allow the installation of a custom ROM/Recovery. UnEVOked sorts that process with a single click, the rest is down to the ROM which needs superuser permissions/deodexing etc for customisations and other tweaks (Apps2SD+ etc).

Mine is doing this, and I've not even changed my ROMLast thing I did was create a backup. HALP!
EDIT: Using restore fixed it, don't know why, but I'm not questioning it. I'm all setup to dick around later then.
