The anime thread sequel (it's still not as good as the Manga though),

It's fairly common to split anime into 2 parts and have a gap in the middle of them I've seen, gives them time to sort out production schedules.

Look at 86 this season, it's had delays and issues so the last 2 episodes are airing in 3 months time! :eek:

A heads up Hidive (Section 23's streaming) are doing a deal for $24 dollars a year at the moment, you go to this page, create an account and it should change the amount from $48 to $24. I think if you've already got an account it'll show the price straight away on that page (the page should have a banner at the top with the $23.99 price and a ticked orange box for the promo code BYE2021)
Looking at their twitter thread on it a lot of people were/are getting confused about the fact that it's not showing the correct price until after you create an account (but before paying).

I went with it mainly because for ~£2 a month they've got a reasonably amount of stuff I want to see, so a years access for the price of a film on blu-ray:)

Very nice, I've not bought any anime physically for some time between lack of time, streaming services and cinema subscription, so easy to get a fix these days.
 
I finished Gosick and Paranoia Agent recently, both pretty interesting watches.

I'm definitely considering starting Komi next, my only concern with that is if the gimmick of being unable to communicate may get a little old, but will see :)

Edit - saw ep1 of Komi and so far so good, the art and quality is really nice :)

Binged season 1 of Jujushi Kensei, it’s okay, 7/10.

Started Mushoku Tensei, 2 episodes in, been awesome, it’s funny, charming and sad in places already. I can see this will be really good like they say.
 
Ousama Ranking is on my to watch list :)

At the moment I tend to watch 2-3 different things at once so I can get a bit of variety and not just binge one show. I am watching:

Irina: Vampire Cosmonaut - About 50% in and I think it's becoming more average as I go along, the unique premise is losing it's sheen. The art veers between good and bad and anywhere in between, but it's not terrible. I'd say it's shaping up to just be OK really. The story unfolds a little slowly which doesn't help.

Idaten - This is wild so far! I'm only 3 episodes in but what a journey these 3 episodes have been. Based on what I've seen so far, I'd definitely recommend this to people that like ridiculous over the top action from time to time. But it's not just action, there seems to be some proper thought gone into things as well, which I won't spoil.

Komi - I wasn't sure if the idea of this concept repeating would be put me off in the long run, I'd say it's possible it will, but I've seen episode 1 and it's really well done. The art quality is very nice, this gives me Kaguya-sama vibes only may not quite be able to live up to that level. I've enjoyed the start at least.
 
Mushoku Tensei now ep16, it’s got less fun but the story is getting meandering a bit too much for my liking. It went from Boss Baby to Isekai to Goblin Slayer then to a little Robin Hood in the woods.
