The anime thread sequel (it's still not as good as the Manga though),

Vinland Saga Season 2 is quite slow

It's slow so far but I also feel like it's building towards something big, I'm just enjoying the atmosphere so far so it's one of my top shows this season as things stand.

I saw your post on TR S2 and yes I am also watching it, but it's not usually a priority watch for me, not seen latest episode yet.

Finished Mob Psycho. Really great series. I enjoyed each season a lot. I liked season 1's ending most, 3x06 was amazingly animated and the ending was a fitting conclusion, but 2x07 was a high point and one of the best episodes of any anime I've ever seen.
Never seen it before but heard a lot of good things a out it. Will defo check it out now. Thanks.

Just binged Summer Time Rendering in two days.

I wish I could forget it so I can enjoy it again!

This show was really nicely made, great art (for the most part) I loved the setting and the early mystery bits. What let me down with this a little was that it turned into more of a standard battle shonen near the end. It's following the manga so I guess it was always going to, but I think I wanted more of the mystery body-snatcher vibe stuff and less of the weird super human monster stuff.

The small island style is awesome though, reminds me a bit of Barakamon for setting.

if you like black lagoon, try jormungand it done by the same team as black lagoon.

I prefer Jormungand!

Has anyone else not seen Shadows House? I thought it was a very decent show, don't hear it mentioned much.

Is my hero academia worth watching? Don't think I continued after season 1.

In my opinion it's one of the better shonens but it's not as good as stuff like Demon Slayer or Hunter x Hunter. I'd probably put it alongside something like Fire Force.

The main heroes are interesting, but it has a lot of filler type characters with whacky designs and silly powers, that are just there to kind of pad out the characters as the world is quite big.

Bakugo is annoying and likes to shout a lot, he's even more annoying than the shouting guys in Demon Slayer.

There are some really good hype moments. At it's best it's up there with the top dogs, but it has some meh arcs as well.

Seasons 1 - 3 were pretty good.
Seasons 4 - 5 were more mediocre with some good bits.
Season 6 - First half was really good return to form so far, 2nd half is still airing, though we've been through 4 or 5 fillerish episodes (never as bad as stuff like Naruto or Bleach though).

If you liked Season 1 I'd say yes, if you didn't, it's not like it massively improves over it imo.

The story gets pretty dark though, which I like. It's not afraid to kill characters off sometimes.

well just pent the last three days watching "Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute! (The Eminence in Shadow)" toughly enjoy watching it and hope there are some truth to the rumors of a second season of it, but from what i understand their enough material for another 12-20 episode's max as the source material is on a indefinite hiatus. if you haven't watch "Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute! (The Eminence in Shadow)" yet do so it very good.

I did try it, beginning was interesting, but sort of got a bit too cringey for me. Wasn't sure what was real or what wasn't. It was pretty popular though.

Did you ever watch Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions? It reminded me of that, and I didn't carry it on for the same sort of reasons.

i didnt think i would like it because of the art but loved the style and humour which is recognisable from One Punch.
