Yes, Azhar has been a bit useless. But I think she should have got Laura in with her instead of Tom.

I'm glad Nick's team won this week. They deserved to. I thought the wrong team ended up winning in the fitness video task (was that last week? I can't remember).

Glad Azhar has gone, he seemed a bit... meh. Nondescript most weeks, negative other weeks.

I don't know why I do it to myself every week though. The Apprentice makes me really irritated every week yet I continue to Sky+ it every week and sit there glued to it!

I'm halfway through this. Nick has been a lot better than I expected as a team leader. Adam was in his element, and it made for a pleasant surprise to be impressed by him for once.

Down to the final three in the boardroom. Jade is absolutely useless. She'll not last long after this. She's really shown herself up by just banging on about not knowing what she's doing and not coping under pressure.
