If you're getting a bsod what code?
Sounds like you can get into bios and you're on an old bios so try updating to 1.50 or 1.55 (beta):

What speed is the memory trying to boot at? If it's not already put try putting it down to 2400 or so.

ok flashed to 1.5 .. same .. really thinking on sending the dam thing back ..
btw how do you get a usb mouse/keyboard to work or is it just ps2 ? while loading windows ? or using windows repair ?

The issue is almost certainly that the kb and mouse are connected to a USB 3 port and Windows 7 by default doesn't support USB 3. There is a detailed Anandtech article that describes how to get it working: http://www.anandtech.com/show/11182/how-to-get-ryzen-working-on-windows-7-x64

Intel have a Windows 7 / USB 3 image creator tool for similar issues with their new chipsets and Windows 7: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25476/Windows-7-USB-3-0-Creator-Utility. You should be OK using this.

I've got my board working great with Linux, I was going to add a Windows 7 partition just in case I need it so I'll need to do the same to get the USB3 drivers injected into the Windows 7 installer.

End of the month is all we're told by the sales staff as well. No specifics, but all models should see some availability.

Also any info on BIOS updates? My RAMs can't go above 2933 on Killer X370, and its gets 3200 on my friends tomahawk with bios betas from msi

The 1.60 is from March 7 mate

1.60 - 3/28/2017

Not for the pro-gaming. We've been on the 1.5x for most of March. All the boards are on different version numbers, some are on 2.20 already.

I know this doesn't help specifically for your model I was just saying that they have been pushing out updates for a number of models today so yours could be seeing an update soon?
