The ASRock thread [support/feedback/etc]

Not for the pro-gaming. We've been on the 1.5x for most of March. All the boards are on different version numbers, some are on 2.20 already.
Oh well thats right but its the top tier asrock, I hope they improve RAM speeds for the Killer too, I think Ill hold until friday if not Ill have to order the MSI b350 at least Im assured 3200 MHz, my Ryzen and RAM waiting are burning me inside

AB350 Pro4 also got an update today (2.20) so would probably be worth waiting a day or two. FWIW I've got 16gb 3200Mhz CAS14 on the Pro-Gaming running fine and 64gb 2400mhz ECC running in my AB350 Pro4 home server so the RAM compatability is getting there!

Yeah thats right hahah the BIOS update for the Killer must be around the corner, good thing I waited a bit more.

Gaming K4 has 1220 sound/ Killer has older 892 and gaming has Dr Debug display, otherwise the same. Probably worth the extra 50p for the sound alone LOL.

Cheers, sorry looked at all the stuff I care about and couldn't see a difference. I am surprised they have two models which basically sit on top of each other though.

Guys guys im on either B350 Tomahawk @ 3200 MHz RAM or Killer X370 @ 2933 MHz RAM. I've saw official ASRock webpage and it says 2933+(OC), and for example the Taichi says 3200+(OC), and thats worrying me on getting stuck with 2933, any info from ASRock or something please?

Beta BIOS 1.94 is also now on the asrock download site. It has a lot of new additions including 'downcore control' to turn off cores and I'm sure profiles has been added as i was looking for that feature in the earlier BIOS and didn't see it. Unfortunately still no Legacy USB option or preset RAM speeds above 3200mhz. It has been stable with no issues for me so far today.

Hardware canucks have a good review of the board: http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/foru...srock-x370-taichi-am4-motherboard-review.html

Well fingers crossed the stock arrives tomorrow or Friday, find it weird we can't be told a day, as surely they know when they ship things and are able to track them.

So the latest beta bios for the Pro-Gaming (1.93d) appears to have bricked my board. Flashed sucessfully from instant flash but never came back up after it rebooted. Just sits for a while on post code "07" (according the the manual, memory related). I've tried three different sets of ram (+ single sticks etc) and no change. Any ideas?

Does resetting the BIOS with the dip switches on the board, or taking the Cmos battery out for a few minutes help?
