Well I ordered one, It is arriving in roughly 7 hours and yes I am sad enough to wait up for it
What about the B grade ones in the clearance section at the moment? What sort of condition are they in? (was thinking of going for one)
Well, that's 24 hours wasted with the RMA so far...
When I phoned yesterday, I was told something about receiving an email within 24 hours (something about it being issued to level 2), and if I hadn't heard anything I should call back in 24 hours.
Upon calling back today, it was stated that nothing had been issued to level 2 and I would need to fill in the online form whereby they gave me the web address - not sure why they couldn't tell me that yesterday!
Sure there's not a UK one hidden in the box? I think mine came with both.
Just realised my Swift is stuck in Gsync mode after the recent GTA patch. Any news on this yet?
Just to balance out alll the RMAs - I got my Rog Swift on the day it was released. It functions fine and no issues like anyone else has described.
As above, got mine in November last year (touch wood) its been faultless thus far
Well I am now on my third swift, keeps turning on after pc is shut down. I must say the replacements have been in very good condition.
The only issue I have is that when I speak to customer services they say that I will get a new power adapter sent with a new screen but only the screen arrives.
After speaking again to customer services this morning I have been moved to level 2 so hopefully will get a new power adapter this week.
The turning on and off problem will be the power pack. i had the same problem. they sent me a replacemnt panel but that didnt cure it, and i called them again and insisted they send me the power pack. got it yesterday and now the swift is back to normal
