Another day another Mario,
A new mad Mario moment.... lad at work just told me his bro was at the Tesco petrol station in baguley the other day and clocked Mario and he's walked past everyone and said "everyone fill your cars up and I'll pay"
:D

The stories aren't funny anymore. Every day there's somebody claiming he's done something crazy and while it's perfectly possible (given that we're talking about Balotelli) that any one of them could be true, the majority of them are bs.

I remember the BBC's Phil McNulty posting on Twitter after rumours of Mario in a santa hat around Christmas giving out money to strangers that he just couldn't be sure if it was true or not such was Mario's personality. :p

When Mancini was asked about that particular rumour, he said something along the lines of, "I don't think it's true but anything is possible with Mario".

As I said, each story could be true but there's just too many of them now that they're not so funny any more.

Balotelli turned up at the hospital near me and gave out bundles of notes to the nurses, he then delivered a baby and rode off on a Unicorn that was decorated with a million gold sequins.

True story.

It seems to me that Man City are using Balotelli as a club mascot of sorts to try and gain popularity.

I'm not sure Man City have done to make you think that. All the stories are coming from forums and twitter, not from City.

Balotelli's nuts and does some crazy things. People are now just jumping on the bandwagon and making up stories.

I agree. There are some utterly preposterous stories coming out and some must be fake. :D

They surely aren't hating the media coverage though are they? They probably don't need a press department for as long as Mario is at City. ;)

Just watching Barca u17's like a boss, one of them has just put one in the top corner and it nearly got stuck in the stanchion, I'm sure I remember this happening in the early prem days when I was a kid, just can't remember who, does anybody else? Some reason I'm thinking of Southampton/Blackburn, could be irrelevant though

It was Shearer I think

I seem to recall Gascoine doing it as well.
