The Banter Thread

Did you actually look at the link BaZ posted. You know the one with Agger biting his hand in another game... before the Suarez incident...

Nearly as amusing as that idiot Jon Champion making a fool of himself after Suarez kissed his wrist after scoring the handball goal in the FA Cup. That was the first time he did that too apparently...

And that would have precisely what to do with anything?

Baz first posted as if I didn't know about Borini doing it before, nothing more or less, my post clearly indicated that he wasn't the ONLY person to do it, and I was clearly aware of it. THere was no argument from Baz that Agger is also known to do this, he had to google it(later), he didn't know, you didn't know, I didn't know, this was no where in his original post. your original post, nor my original post. You both posted to have a go at me for being wrong, when you both misread a pretty simple post, that is what the reply was about.

Secondly Reina, who you've conveniently ignored, ALSO did it in this game, is he well known for celebrating his own goals by biting his hand aswell, even when he doesn't score? Maybe he is.

Thirdly, Baz in his previous post to my last one accused me of MAKING THINGS UP, that Agger had previously celebrated a goal by biting his hand is neither here nor there, that wasn't the original argument, the current one, or anything to do with what I was saying... He accused me of making something up and stated he didn't believe Agger did so today, I proved him wrong and called him NOT for Agger having done it before, but for stating I make things up, the only previous I have is that Baz has previously incorrectly accused me of making stuff up on multiple occassions. I've been wrong before, who hasn't, but a huge number of times he's decided to claim this, he's been talking rubbish.

Much the same way I've claimed Eboue is the bestest player in the whole wide world, and I always post all stats as proof of everything, something 98% of this forum believes, but has never happened, simply because certain members keep SAYING I've done these things its become fact.

Simple fact is that three players, one of which isn't known for biting himself, one of whom you and Baz didn't know had previously "bitten" themselves in celebration, and Borini, who some people knew had previously done so all did so a couple days after they all reacted badly, publically, to a pretty fair ban on Suarez for biting. Attacking a reporter for potentially linking the two together, because YOU weren't aware that more than one player did it, was the only thing I ever pointed out. I still think thats exactly what they were doing, because Agger has scored more than a few for LIverpool yet its not common knowledge he does this celebration, Reina isn't known for it and Borini, who cares.

That was Aggers third goal of the season and the third time he's bit his YNWA tattoo on is knuckles in celebration which he had done in AUGUST 2012. Obviously knew Suarez was going to bite Ivanovic at the start of the season then :o

Oh, and you're fully prepared to say our players did it on purpose because of Suarez yet you don't care why Borini did it? :o

Have a few more :o :o :o

No, I clearly asked whether you managed to post a load of **** knowing Borini does it all the time or whether you were as clueless as Lipton. I had no idea Agger also bites his tattoo when he scores and I didn't accuse you of making it up. I asked if you could back it up or whether you made it up because you do make things up. Like your repeated claims that Riise used to earn £90k at Liverpool (depsite his payslip being posted online), that Insua was desperate to leave Liverpool for 2 years (despite him signing a contract in the time frame you claimed), Dani Pacheco's a trouble maker, the first Hillsborough report blamed Liverpool fans and god knows whatever else you've invented that I can't remember.

You, like Lipton, have tried to claim that the celebrations were linked to Suarez's bite and were both wrong. Both Agger and Borini have celebrated in the exact same manner before and as I said, Reina was joining Borini in his celebration as (I assume) he was pleased for him after scoring his first league goal for us.

Henning Berg has won his compensation claim for unfair dismissal & gets £2.25 million. That's almost £40k for each of 57 days he was in charge at Blackburn.

Well done Blackburn! :D

Pardew excelling himself again.

We get beat 6-0.... He lets the players gave a light training day of 1 hour and a quarter. ******* unreal, we get beat off the mackems he sends them to Alton towers. We get beat off Liverpool he gives thema day off. It's like he's rewarding them or something

Completely lost the plot.

To top it off rumours going round saying Cisse might he off back to Germany in the summer.

Wheeeeeeee the madhouse is back :p:D:(:(:(

Mental!!

They should have been putting in a double shift, make them train there arses off and then maybe send them home.

If we dont pick up at least a point at West Ham I can see us going down, then it wont just be cisse that will be heading out the door

We've got to accept that players are going to leave, we are a selling club.

I fully support the scouting team, if we sell a player, I expect there will be a replacement in the summer. I have a feeling Cabaye and Colo will be our biggest departures in the summer.

Hopefully the likes of Obertan will get shifted too!!

Really... I can't even understand him. :/

I figure i'll stick this in here rather than start a thread. I recently saw that BT have bought a lot of the premiership games.

How will this work for Sky/Virgin subscribers? Will they have an extra channel in the same vein as ESPN, or will BT keep it to themselves in the hope of luring customers?

I suspect it will be the same vein as ESPN on Sky, and BT are unliekly to work with Virgin Media IMHO.

I have a feeling that the extra games might be free to exisiting customers on BT. I'm hoping that by having BT Infinity I can stream all the games online for free.

For what it's worth I had a letter through the door saying my ESPN sub was coming to an end at the end of July so it looks like that channel is being dispose of (hopefully along with Jon Champion)
