The Battlefield 4 Thread 2015

For me, I just didn't get the same hook I have had with other BF titles. I played more hours of hardline than BF1 sadly :( Also agree with Nexus's comments regarding spread.

I had a couple of instances last night where it was slow logging in then kept displaying random stuff in the origin libraries and trying to launch BF4 would open a web page with a random error about incorrect data. Though it started working eventually.
 
Hmm...mine wont log in or let me log in at all

yet i can log in on the battlelog page...but lol even the origin page says " Sign in is currently unavailable. Please try again later " .

Done that on Hainan (there is a bug down near the boat that flips you onto the hotel roof) and with the jeeps via the lifts - driving a jeep into the lift and clearing the roof was hilarious.

^^ Edited post - done it with LAV and jeeps on Hainan (someone else did the LAV but I was inside it) and done the jeep one which is easier myself.

I'm up for trying that! Get some AA mines deployed on the roof, and the heli should steer clear ;)

Also possible with the M1 Abrams at the end of this vid..
Bonus points awarded if you can sabot a passing heli on the way up :D

mp7 is a beast. At one point I was no. 50 on BF4stats for mp7 whoring. I blame you kiwi! :p

I think Patsy has been using it recently as well after I tipped him off.

The groza 4 would be slightly better if it had the same mag size, but the groza is not capable of taking a 4 man squad without a reload (in practice anyway).

I disagree about it not being good at range, it's still capable, but it's going to lose out against an assault rife if you both start firing at the same time.
It sucks at range if your target is moving and you have a silencer, but if they are standing still it's not so bad. Hell I've taken snipers off the top of the dish on rogue while standing between A and B flag (closer to A) with a silenced mp7.

I also disagree that you *need* to burst when hipfiring in CQC. I've sprayed down plenty of 3 man squads full auto while hipfire bunny hopping. ;)
