I think not been allowed to have a namesake is absurd, it's not like you linked to his youtube channel or asked for donations.

Why don't you have your own gaming channel btw (twitch, youtube)? I found it funny that as Nexusbot you were labelled as hacker but as XFactor you were like some gaming God. TA will forever be thick as a brick!

Can't have people seeing my hax in action! ;) Nah cba for these reasons:

- the amount of space it takes on HDD
- can't and don't have time for editing
- internet connection too crap for streaming and playing at same time

You have made a good point though, him and the likes of lvl are treated like gods gift to gaming where any other better/good players are supposedly dirty cheaters, so pathetic tbh, I have nothing against the youtubers, I just can't stand their loyal bum fanboys.


Those EA mods are such plebs, going to follow the mods into whatever server they are on, join the opposite team and put the try hard pants on :p


Should get us + the CFA guys to follow whatever server xfactor is in when live streaming :D

Firstly, I was clearly asking for the mods to show me the rule- what’s wrong with that? Is accountability and transparency not acceptable to you? Is it a case of do as I say and don’t ask questions- big topic about freedom of expression in the world news at the minute. You mustn’t have been reading about it I take it.
Secondly, the mod wasn’t able to provide me with the information I requested, so I asked again, he still didn’t reply, he didn’t even apply the blue text indicating that it was an official response, so I made further enquiries. It’s not my fault he wasn’t doing his job properly by not giving an official response and failing to provide an adequate reason with a linked to the rule.
Thirdly, I got an official response in the end, I appreciated the rule being pointed out to me. Although, it’s not my fault the Battleog mod’s seem to collectively lack a sense of humour if you can’t understand the concept of a parody. What harm is being done? Answer me that.
Fourthly, nice attempt at trying to be cute with the implementation of the rules- me thinks you’re talking out of your ass, plenty of usernames copying others, a blind eye is turned to them

You stated that you read through the TOS yourself, and Pool clearly outlined that he'd received a report that you were impersonating another user. Impersonation in itself is a violation of our TOS, but additionally to this it can also be considered a form of harassment and as such is another violation of the TOS. And no sorry, freedom of speech and expression is not something observed here on Battlelog. This is a privately owned and moderated forum with its guidelines clearly laid out, those guidelines are agreed to by every user on account creation and if unwilling to adhere to them, then those individuals will find themselves removed from the community.

As also replied to you in the thread, we can only action violations we either witness, or are made aware of, hence why you may see some violations apparently go without action.

As for the parody thing, were you impersonating in a satirical or such manner then that might fly, however you were attempting to give off the impression that you truly are another individual, which can only be taken as full on impersonation.

Now, you can argue and bluster all you like, however we've been quite lenient with the action against you at this time, as the only time out you have received is due to your posts in that thread (as outlined in the OP of that thread, such will result in action being taken). The issue concerning you presentation and everything has been more than clearly outlined to you, so I hope you do take the time to bring it back in line with our guidelines during your time out.

interesting that they don't even need to add you as a friend to chat to you so that first guy who "added me" and was a mod must have actually thought I was the real deal LOL

Lol be careful though nexus would hate to see the mod be a bigger dick that he's already being.

Only way you'd harras xfactor is if you played against him :D.
 
finally unlocked the ucav, never trembled in my life, I didn't even tremble when someone broke into my house with a gun and I sorted them out, that's how tense and nervous that game was lmao

I really hate it though when good jet pilots come in servers specifically for noobs only and farm kills and then rejoin after getting vote kicked. When I was learning to fly choppers during bf3 on the xbox I bought a server and managed it myself specifically kicking idiots that wanted easy kills or stat padding.

I might do the same for bf4 just to learn jets with like minded players who want to train. Need a ping kick and a perma ban system and one where you don't have to type the full players name as some people had really long funky names.

Anyway it's done, now to UCAV :D
 
Careful nexus these guys can ban you from the game, with no comebacks. As for who becomes an Admin on BL forums, it's whoever sucks up the most. They all make crazycanuck look like Angels especially Poolshark. Ask anyone who was a member on the EAUK forum :D

hehe, that is me done with them scrubs, had enough fun with them, for now.... :p

And yup, I remember posting on bl forum a fair bit during bf 3 time but had to stop as it really is full of retards, the stupid naming and shaming **** really ****es me of, remember reporting a guy called TEAM_KFC a number of times who was blatantly cheating (videos of him using the mass hack kill), had porn avatars, trolling every thread etc. and he never got banned yet anyone with a thread title in all caps got temp ban etc. lol.....

PS. I recommend jumping on with westie, oc snow etc. for some jet practice ;) :p

We used to follow xfactor and wiggidtybear on servers when it showed on battlelog what server they was on... They didn't last more then a map until they swapped... That's when he complained to EA to get the server ip removed from peoples profile pages.
