***THE BF4 BENCHMARKS THREAD***

Does anyone else get serious lags/spikes in performance? Every few seconds i get very noticeable drops....makes this game borderline unplayable. Also is there anyway to get the FOV working properly in SP?

Runs like a dog on my computer.
Latest drivers and using low presets, FPS is high but getting drops into the 20s all the bleeding time. Really wont be playing this, cant hit anything online and SP is making me feel sick because FOV does nothing!! :(
 
Tried that core parking palava?
Dunno what else to suggest as I know you have a sweet rig, so it definitely isn't a case of lame comp can't keep up or anything.

Then again, that wouldn't answer the question of why you can't change FOV etc... Baffled.jpg
 
Tbh im really pleased with how bf4 runs. Currently my cpu and gpus are at stock, (criminal i know). But the game plays really well on max ultra settings with x4 msaa. Ill be whacking the cpu back to 4.5ghz in a few days, then put a wee mild +50 core/+500 on the gpu's. Just for benching sake. Gotta say the game is very well optimised.
