***THE BF4 BENCHMARKS THREAD***

I need one...unless it's with a shotgun (85%+ accuracy) or sniper (40%+ accuracy). Assault rifles atm I'm terrible with, just can't find one that agrees with me.
 
L85A2 is my most used assault rifle, but it's far far from the best. There are much better alternatives out there. Since Dice nerfed it, it has gone downhill a bit. The recoil is still high but the ROF has now been lowered to 750. It is also not terribly accurate, which is made worse when you use the muzzle brake to reduce the recoil. For that reason i recommend using a potato/stubby grip too.

Yeah but I suppose I just got used to it, being a brittish gun I thought MUST USE THIS GUN lol
 
Shame it's been nerfed in CTE - In fact the Deagle, Bulldog and SCAR are all getting nerfs. Bulldog and Deagle I can understand but I personally feel the SCAR is a skill canon due to it's limited clip and comparatively low ROF. Once nerfed I'll just go back to running ACE 23 for big open maps.
 
A laggy server/slow connection has quite an impact on minimum fps in this.

Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg
58363, 600000, 54, 212, 97.272

64 player tdm, so hardly the most demanding compared to conquest large. Had that little connection icon pop up an awful lot. Game felt like a slideshow.

BF4 is almost unplayable for me at the moment. Don't know what happened but it is a mess.
 
2 rounds this evening, both a stuttering shambles. After the above bench i had to nip into nv control panel just to make sure sli was on. The minimums above are more akin to what i got on one card. But even then it was playable. Typical DICE, one step forward, two back. And since going sli the last few games i had played were fantastic, no other issues whatsoever.
