The Big WWE Wrestling Thread

For every step WWE step forward, they really take two steps back. I think their are so simple fixes to WWE and I do not understand Vince's mentality sometimes :/

Hmm Kane ... ???!

Was having a waffle because I don't care about this match and come back to find Kane there O.o

ROFL NICE ONE WWE :D

This should make the Tag championship more interesting

EDIT: and they say HHH is bad with titles; look at Edge ... the second he loses one title he gets another

EDIT 2: Ted is going to turn Face soon I guess; because of his upcoming film - Ted + HHH vs Orton and Cody?

I love how the WWE move the rules around. If a heel wins when they shouldn't have, it stands.

Yet when it's the other way around, the result is recinded.

Cheap Vince, very cheap.

[Edit] That's the heel turn complete. No wonder Hardy won't renew when it's always the same ending when he's involved.

[Edit 2] And where are all the referees when Orton is booting people in the head? I know it's staged but at least a mediocum of consistency would be nice.

Can Cena ever finish without the flying shoulders; 5 knuckle shuffle; attitude adjustment and then stf?

And what was the point of this match - Miz did well in the middle and then the end. Was this seriously just a way to get Cena into the PPV as there was no other story for him...

I think so yeah. I actually think Miz has decent talent, was looking forward to seeing what he could do.

But alas, we got the John Cena show, as usual.

I was hoping for Big Show to come in and make it interesting, but nope. At least it didn't waste too much time.

[Edit] DiBiase and Rhodes to join in at some point? Just as I was typing it actually. :p

Had high hopes for the ppv last night following the first two matches, shame the rest of the event went downhill after that :(

Seriously how good has the feud between Mysterio and Jericho been? Surely the rivalry of the year and after Jericho arguably being in the feud of the year last year with HBK he's got to be considered for another run with one of the main belts soon?

As for Punk well yeah despite what I said before the event it does look like this heel turn is inevitable, shame as I'm a big CM Punk fan and throughout this thing with Hardy I've actually distanced myself from Hardy's fanboy's. Will be interesting where they go with this from now on....

Trips v Orton wasn't actually that bad a match despite the first and second falls coming so early on, you'd think a three stages of hell match would last a good 40 minutes rather than the 20 odd it actually did. Ending was so bad it bordered on the ridiculous oh yeah ref just stand by while Legacy interfere

Oh and am I the only one who was really bummed that The Miz didn't cause a major upset? would have been a great way to instantly put him in that top level tier alas I bet we wont see him on another ppv this year :(

well im glad HHH didnt win the title but disapointed in the way the match ended.

also disapointed in the crappy ending for the punk/hardy match.

fast forwarded through the rest of the matches they were bit boring.

Totally forgot about this last night :p

Oh well would appear to have went the way i would have expected the majority of matches to go, well apart from the Tag Team match of course :p

It wasn't the best, but for the wrong reasons. Normally the smaller matches suck and only the main events are worth watching - but in this, it was the main events that were the "same old same old".

I still don't get the HHH vs Orton match ... HHH uses a chair and gets DQed - but then keeps using the chair even though after the 1st hit 2nd fall starts so he should get DQed again ... but OK never mind.

Then Orton uses the bit from the barrier and throws the stairs and no DQ for that ...

Then Legacy help Orton and again no DQ

Can they just pick a set of rules and stick to them please :/

Since when has a Falls Count Anywhere match and a Stretcher Match not been no DQ? ;)

Yeah, the point is that the first was a standard match - pinfalls, submissions, countouts, and DQs.

The second was Falls Count Anywhere, which IIRC is non-DQ as standard? And the same with a Stretcher Match. It's no-DQ. :)
