I've not washed the Civic properly since about November, but i'm actually looking forward to polishing it when it gets a bit warmer
Last proper wash and clean was in late Dec for me too, looking to claybar that mofo in the spring!

I know what you mean, it's a bit naive of me posting an in-joke anyway on a forum this size.
Not like you to be a forum n00b!
I would comment on the 'anything better to do' bit, and point out your audiophile speaker fetish...but I won't sink to your level
are they angel eyes on the focus?
Nice to see it aint just me that gets far too caught up in detailing! Posted a few weeks ago on DW after it's first proper clean, sadly after doing 500 miles each week it's covered in salt and slush each monday morning
My first/last proper go at it, still not got round to using the Carlack on it and doing a full day at it due to it never being above freezing

i left the oil filler cap off my car for the drive to work the other day.
engine oil everywhere and a simple wash wasnt enough to get it off
time to get the polish/wax out at the weekend
Thanks but I'm happy with the car at stock. May consider it when the tyres on at present are worn but they've got a bit of life in them yet. The rears are wearing alarmingly quick though (Eagle F1).
How do people manage this
Careful Tom, it's a slippery slope !
