Here's a good mission we can try; contains traffic but adds to the fun and there's a couple of full throttle total nitro depletion sections for the speed freaks.

Location: The South

The problem with that mission is that, by the look of things, it uses your own cars so someone like me with a level ~1150 hotrod and level ~700 nissan 370z will be at a disadvantage to anyone with any other similarly or higher levelled car because the hotrod and the 370z are almost universally agreed to be the worst cars in the game. However, I will be at a big advantage compared to anyone with much lower rated cars.

I'm not overly fussed about that myself, but I imagine that those not as far into the game wont be too pleased knowing they don't stand a chance
 
That would be ideal but I spent ages last night loading up story missions in hope to find one that replaces your personal car and can't find any more. Take a look and see if you can find any others.

The first dirt race could be a good option as it forces your regular dirt car down to level 110 so everyone would be at an even level.

Hopefully most of us have had the game for quite a while so if your cars are above 1100 you stand just as much chance.

A lot of the circuit spec cars have been somewhat fixed since the update, except for the hot rod. Guess which one I have at level 1150 :mad:
 
That's kinda the car you'd wish they'd toss for free.

Like horizon does it, pack and a cheap lowball freebie. Might not be much, but with the options to spec and custom the carp out of it, it has value in the game.

On a challenge note... gum/cannonball rally, that's what it needs:)

Ah no, I bet you've put some effort into building that up too. I also painstakingly collected all the hidden parts to that HUP hot rod but it was such a let down that I didn't bother driving it again thankfully.

Get yourself an Focus. Trust me.

I know the electric version intimately, having taken apart the thing time and time again and popping over to Chrysler for testing. That car has some of the most incredible acceleration I've ever felt and the Abarth version is supposed to be insane but I wasn't privileged enough to drive that.

For some reason almost all of the raid cars you are given in missions felt completely poop to me, but my Nissan 370z was lovely on the raid missions I could use it on as long there was no rock crawling involved, or narrow paths to navigate down. I like it enough that I'll often use it for getting from A to B over my circuit spec viper or hot rod because it can just make a beeline to the destination

I took the plunge and bought season pass this morning, I'll carry on discussing the game on this thread even though I play it on PS4.....the PS4 lot hate it :( http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18627163&page=4


As said in that thread I just enjoy driving around taking in the scenery and stuff, meeting up with the odd random group and driving along with them discovering the hidden car parts and data stations.

It doesn't deserve the hammering it gets by the console gamers, it is fun to play and that's the main thing.
 
I'll be the first to admit it is FAR from perfect, but its a half decent game despite its flaws. I certainly wouldnt want to pay anything close to full price for it, but it came free with my GPU so that doesnt really bother me :p
