just go and start crysis 1 up and go look at it for ten mins then launch this and laugh

This is a ******* joke, can't even create an account.

Real ******* good work on the PC version.

Ain't buying it from what I have read and experienced so far:

- Laggy, crashing
- Only 1 preset for the graphics, signs of a **** port, even COD has more than 1 preset for graphics
- Completely downgraded from crysis 1 with the textures, physics etc.
- Worst of all crytek/EA haven't botered to fix these issues with logging in etc. probably more concerned with 360

Plus their not going to change anything at this stage.

Roll on BF 3.

Also as for the people saying it looks much better than crysis 1, just lol, not a chance, the textures etc. are in a completely different league compared to crysis 2 from what I have seen so far.

Although the graphics will be better in SP than multiplayer, just like with all the other games.

This game should never have been developed for the consoles as it has limited it so much from what it could have been, should have only been a PC title.

How on earth have you people even got on this piece of xxxx, being trying most of this afternoon and always just stuck on creating an account (on both the game and website)?
 
it's ok, although even once signed in, i get a lot of connection error messages...

graphics are good and performance is great for my system... gameplay is ok.. i can see why they;ve done a lot of the things they have... afterall crysis multiplayer was never great, and was quite clunky...
 
Seems like BF3 is my only hope of a non-CoD type FPS. I don't know why Crytek have just gone for the perk route like CoD. Perks didn't seem to be a massive game changer in BC2 but its getting boring. :(

no dude it doesnt look nowhere near as good as c1 (unless you were playing it on a commodore 64)...
as for the mp demo - lacking in a whole load of areas and offering nothing different at all, so thats me out.
 
I have servers in my recently played that I can always join yet other servers just give me "Server is full". Maybe its a server issue?
 
I was expecting it to run a lot better on my system..

4870x2
6GB Ram

even on the medium setting it's running rather slow. Guess it's time for an upgrade...
 
Seriously I can't get an account created at all, just always stuck on screen saying "creating account" :mad:

Hope this isn't just a week long demo and takes crytek a couple of days to sort out.
