Lying about what a person has said in order to make them look bad isn't generally considered funny. Especially in public and when the lie could do them harm. That's what slander and libel laws are about.

He didn't kill her there though he stuffed her in the red Van. She knows him so no need to struggle. He threw the fit bit in the river as a distraction

I appear to have upset you so I have edited the misquote. Next time you needlessly mention certain groups of humans in a discussion I will remind you about this episode.

Fisherman could completely blend in, but they would have to hastedly take all their gear with them. So that doesn't seem too likely either.

Latest theories on BookFace: husband and wife's sister did her in. Sister has already moved in, "to look after the children".

Apparently wife and husband have been having an affair and they killed Nicola at another location. The sister wore Nicola's clothes and hat for the dog walk, which is why no body has been found in that area - it wasn't Nicola! Dun dun dun!!

Sounds like the plot to a good movie :)
