Just noticed after saying my first post in reply to this.
In game go onto the menu and just to the left of the settings box is a store one. In there i have the option to " redeem keys " i suspect it may be this you are looking for
Really unsure then :/ i didn't get any of the pre order stuff so really have no way to try and figure it out anyway :/ best of luck though.
I find it really interesting how peoples opinions on the graphics differ from not impressive at all to being blown away by them.
I think it's very subjective for peoples tastes of graphics and such. And i for one running on lowest settings wish i could run it higher but still think it looks okay. wish i had a better pc right now

Really enjoyed playing this yesterday. Have just woke up because i was completely worn out from the session so went to bed early haha.

I think the main end game will end up being the raids they have coming.
Then they should not be playing a rpg style game. They should be playing a tactical objective based game.

Really wish i could play but my system is so bad and added the patch issues it wont render my floors in so i constantly fall out of the map xD

Argh that silly challenge mode daily
Relatively impossible to solo but can be quite easy in a group if communicating.
Nice Misschief you may want to try and get the firearms a little higher and lower on the stamina to get your weapon perks activated as they make a huge difference even though it doesn't show on the dps some of them also improve your survivability.
the shotgun guys are nightmares haha think the challenging are guaranteed 1 yellow however That was in a group of 4 lol. After the dailys changed I managed to do the Russian Consulate with relative ease (had a decent group for a change) even after having to solo the 1st server room wave as my team all died to one cheeky shotgun guy
