Bought 2 of the Cache's and got 2x deadeye kneepads and 2xFM mask
There is only Deadeye, Lonestar and Final Measure this season for classified.
Final measure is good for CS/FL and PVP though
I found how to get the new masks in the files - all I will say is better place on the leaderboards if you want them

Tried 1.7 for a few hours today and IMHO it's still pointless; play the same missions for event credits, get 'new' gear only to do the exact same missions which I can already do with current gear and all like a mindless drone. Ubisoft and its game modes instead of new content = lazy.
I do wish everyone continuing to play a good time! I'm going back to things that actually entice and excite me (sniper elite 4). The division 2, maybe if it's developed by another studio.

I did say this wasn't new content....so I don't know why you are surprised
1.8 is the content drop so my advice would be to wait till then to test it
Had a play and did a few pink missions, it gives it a bit extra having to keep a distance from contaminated enemies. Still the same missions though, really need some PVE story content to get people back playing, was a real downer that the last DLC was PVP.
So the current patch right now is " re engagement"
Its mainly based around new and unique ways to do the same content with the addition of cool vanity, different gear etc as well as some major bug fixing.
If you are looking for content - I wouldn't suggest playing this patch even though it is very refreshing.
1.8 is meant to be the big content drop and so far ETF members have been crop dusting over these topics:
- Survival/UG/LS expansions for new modes - connected to this massive accidentally released a commendation in the PTS stating world tier 10 and UG level 10 along with 10 directives....mental ****
- Missions and possible incursions
- Central Park as it is actively being developed and made graphically - wall glitchers found it lol
