"All healing applied to you is also applied to your skill objects."

In Layman's terms, what is it please? I have an Operator pack and have always sold these bits of gear because I don't know what this means, thanks.

As it says. You get healed, your turrets, packs etc get healed too.

He did say it but he is wrong lol It isn't in the loot table :D silly Terry

Assault basically gives you more damage up close for the global bit, for the threat level 1 it increases NPC damage from far away, threat level 2 increases your teams damage when you are close together and increases NPC damage the further you are apart. Or something like that

Ahh that's a shame!

Sounds interesting and not too hard for seasoned players.

Got to level 25 playing this in two evenings - now every time I close my eyes all I hear is the tension music loop playing in my mind over and over.

Fixed an issue where agents could experience weapons jamming with low-RPM weapons, such as shotguns and marksman rifles.

Interesting - I had a few instances of stuff like that with marksman rifles - especially if clicking to fire again too quickly before the weapon was ready which often seemed to cause it to "jam" and then randomly double fire within the next 1-3 bullets. Quite annoying when you are relying on that damage.

£28 for the gold edition at the moment, is this game worth picking up? What is it like playing solo?

it's very good, although you will likely need to team for the main missions, especially at low level but you can match make and it generally goes pretty well. There should be a lot of new players after the free weekend too. I will say though, this game SHINES in co-op with others.

Main missions? like the ones that upgrade the various base wings? I've found them way too easy solo except the bosses/elites but 9/10 when I die to them its due to the cover system ******* up.

I reckon he meant legendary missions and incursions. Every normal mission can be solo'd with relative ease, some more than others. Including challenge mode as well

The rifle jam was recent, they tried to fix a double fire thing which was quite bad for deadeye in PVP, but it started to misfire. Glad they are fixing it.

The healing was a delay between incoming damage and when you hit the heal button. So in PVP, on your enemies screen you have just gone down, but on your screen you are in your last segment, pop a heal but you are actually already in the down state. Annoying but a server hop normally gets rid.

I experienced no jamming today so that's good. I find myself collecting HF gear just because, although we don't know, it may be good. Got 1p so far; it's not going well... Ha ha!

Also, welcome new players!

I'll test that in a bit, most annoying when you had the guys with shields and melee charge you and stagger you because you can't shoot lol.

I was very much playing for the headshots so really annoying when you pop up/quickly retarget and can't shoot - looks like there is some kind of built in rate of fire throttling as well even with single shot rifles that is at slight odds with the actual rate of fire. Not game breaking for the most part but got me killed a fair few times by the higher level enemy.

I played way too much of the game over the free weekend - still at times when doing things IRL think I hear those **** bombs bleeping somewhere or when trying to get to sleep hear the tension music loop (the one like the precinct siege theme) in my mind heh.

I see quite a few new players over the free weekend and today I have seen lots of lower level players, so hopefully a few got the bug and keep with the game.

Seems to have gone, but I still get a slight delay when firing a marksman rifle. Shoot, reload, shoot or it's shoot -wait, no reload- shoot again.

Yeah still dodgy with marksman rifles - just died because got rushed in cover - as the enemy came around the corner perfectly lined up for headshot - nothing - then had to wait full reload cycle before it would shoot again by which time I was dead. Doesn't happen all the time but its not infrequent either.

Had no intention of playing the game at all TBH but had a go at a friend's house right before the free weekend happened to pop up and while I'm not completely sold on the game its a good distraction from some real life BS at the moment (tried playing a bunch of other recent games and none of them have pulled me in at all). I'm quite anti-ubisoft and uplay though so I'm kind of on the fence in general.

Funny thing is the game isn't really that different in many respects to Hellgate London which didn't really do so well so surprised a bit how reasonably active and supported the game is - HGL kind of bombed in comparison.
