I wonder when the first reviews will come out.
The Elder Scrolls games are some of the most open games of any game/series out there, even more than most MMOs.
Exactly the opposite.
I played Oblivion for nigh on 200 hours and didn't even start the main quest line.
Always PC, the modding community is the best reason for this choice.
Other than that, it's nothing like a MMO. After your first quest which is simply to get you to grips with the game, you are let loose on a HUGE world... You can go round killing everyone, you can go round picking flowers, you can go join guilds, mages guild, fighters guild, dark brotherhood guild...
Or, you can do the main story quests, even then you can just stop half way through and go about your way again...
TES have always been famous for letting you play the game the way you want.
I know you say the world is vast and you can join guilds etc but are you able to play with real people in game?
Tesco have put their price up to £40 on the pc version so I'm glad I pre-ordered at £22

Can't wait for this game, tis going to be so much fun, just a shame about the lack of dx11 support!
but are you able to play with real people in game?
The advantage of pre-ordering early - some here said to hold off, but prices have nearly doubled in quite a few places over the last few weeks.
So, with this being on steam, what happens if you get this a day early? Will it not install or just not play until midnight on thursday?
