Very quickly nearing level 50 and havent even finished act 1 yet

Have changed my play style about 5 times during this, my first run through, so my perks are a bit of a missmatch, trying to tie it all up with my last 10 or so

Is it just my game buggering up, or is there constantly a Blood Dragon in Riverwood?

I killed one or two there, now everytime i go near there or travel there - there is a damn blood dragon which I cant kill.

I get that as well, its everytime i go there. But i can kill it with my Daedric bow and arrows and enchanted helmet and gauntlets with 40% more bow damage

Hmm, I dunno. It definitely looks better than the IGN version since it uses the star constellations but it seems to be really slow at responding to clicks which I'm not sure is worth the extra flash and the IGN one, while extremely simplified, does look clearer.

Quick question regarding Cicero

In the cure for madness quest, i can kill him or leave him alive. whats the best to do, i dont think i want him as a follower later, as he is so irritating!!!

some tips on getting arrows

Spoiler

get some ebony arrows or deadric, then go to the thieves guild, out the back where they are shooting arrows at the dummys.
wait until they sleep, and pickpocket the arrows of the 2 archers.
then give them 1 ebony arrow each.
when they wake up, they shoot an ebony arrow every 3 seconds.
just take them from the dummy, and in 5 mins you can have dozens

So why are you even asking that question

He grew on me, quite an entertaining character with a little more 'zing' that most NPCs.

You can't go to war on an empty stomach

I don't think it really matters, other than for a possible companion. However, if you have the ghost assassin dude summoned he happens to mention that The Dark Lord (Sithis, not Vader) would be displeased if you killed him. I wanted to smear the annoying **** all over the floor, but all he does afterwards is stand next to the Nightmother in the Sanctuary, so, no harm, no foul.

Don't be, after all he still tries to kill you

Could make an awesome Dark Brotherhood squad. Cicero as a follower, Lucien as the spectral ghost follower and Shadowmere as the derranged horse that kicks dragons to death.

Lol, yes it is. Its the place Lucien uses as a stronghold.

I was looking up the quest to get the black horse with the red eyes, and it mentioned doing a quest from someone called Lucien, there.
