that's markarth. no idea why you'd have a bounty there without having visited previously. :/
ah, that could be it then.
got a save from before that mistake?
On the road, fairly far from there, I found some black guys with iron armor and without shirt fighting against some people from a village, when I went to attack the black guys I accidentally hit one of the citizens. However I killed all the witnesses. Maybe that's because of this they are trying to kill me?
This post is not racist, before someone accuses me.
One other thing that I was wondering. How many Dragon Souls do I have to take before the Shouts that I found on quests unlock.
Strange, if you killed all the witnesses they shouldn't know about it. You can try to yield when they try to attack, put your weapon away and see if they offer to arrest you (you might need to try it more than once).
Regarding the shouts, once you've got a dragon soul, if you go to the magic/shouts section, you can unlock shouts you've learned by pressing R. (Should say at the bottom of the screen).
Just about every city has a 'court wizard' in the jarl's palace that will sell the base spells so just head to another one where you're not currently wanted: dead or alive.
As you'll hear endlessly from the NPCs (even long after you've been there and owned the place - literally), Winterhold is where the College of Magic exists and is a place you should visit if you're that way inclined, and you'll find not only the base spells but some of the specialist / advanced ones too. It's north/northeast of whiterun near the top of the map and beside the ocean.
There are invisibility spells and potions that may help avoiding the attention of guards. Note though that sound can still give your position away, and so combining invis with being sneaky and not trudgung around in heavy armor can be a good plan. I'm not sure how you can go about clearing a bounty with such a high amount of city hatred - possibly with a harmony scroll or high enough pacify spell capability to subdue the guards out of hostility.
anyone getting a sort of jerking/stuttering when in doors?? hard to explain really, same sort of feel as screen tearing. gives me a headache. outdoors is smooth as though. anyone got a fix?
Thank you, I will try the invisible trick, if the reload doesn't work, I have a potion for 20 sec of invisibility. Let's see...
I figured out that it may be something with the floor smoothness, but I'm not really sure, there is no fix, unless they update the map. If you change to 3rd person view it's fixed, right?
pretty much yes. so everyone is a victim of this?? including yourself?
Yes, probably.
poor dont you think?
There is someway to improve the Nightgale armor to give 75% Magicka regeneration, or at least 50%? If so, what do I need?
