Why is it people like you and evilsod more often than not have this sort of insulting, slightly aggressive attitude, implying people are dumb. Some people, including myself are sometimes lazy or sometimes a bit dumb, yes. Either help or don't, but don't be rude about it, keep it fun. Remember, it's just a game.

Installed HD texture pack.

How do I turn it on? Is it just on by default?

I went in to the graphics options which you launch before playing the game, didnt see any HD texture options in there.... :confused:

Use the Skyrim Launcher, Data Files button, should be able to tick HighResTexturePack01 and 02.

I had to turn of 01 could not play both, it just would not load. Not sure what I'm missing out on by not using 01.

Agree that it is SO cool. Although I feel that some of the stuff would be overpowered - some of the sneak archer stuff for example...
