Yes, talking of pictures, I guarantee that the High Res Screenshot Thread will become the Skyrim Screenshot Thread for a good few months come release day

There were day 1 mods for Fallout New Vegas, but they new the engine inside out and used all the sane modding tools ad FO3, takes a while for UI mods to appear though.

I'm still waiting for confirmation on special editions that will be available before ordering.

Yep

And other things like the Unofficial Oblivion Patch were out within a month of release. Elder Scrolls modding is bigger these days than when it started, day 1 mods for game fixes wouldn't surprise me for Skyrim.

What's the price range for the PC collectors edition? I'd love to have it but may be a bit too pricey.

My mates are crazy about Skyrim, I played Morrowind once, just sort of wondered around a village for a whole day, talking to characters, I never really got the point of it, its like WOW offline

That is all that i have seen, i was hoping for something much cheaper with a few extras. I would probably pay up to £50 for a limited edition with some nice extras.

I should have said news as opposed to confirmation i suppose.

There were plenty of excellent day 1 mods for Oblivion e.g. high res texture mods. Many other excellent mods followed very shortly after.

I hate cliff racers. I remember once getting attacked by 1 right outside the Balmora(?) city gates and no one helped me!
