Thanks neil for the OP. Im not going crazy on mods but i've picked out the ones i think i'll notice the most!

Hmmm im getting crashes when i enter and leave buildings :( Gotta go through them all again.

Be patient with it. Do a few at a time and then play for a while to make sure nothing got broke.

If something does break, you don't need to go through it all again. Just uncheck the latest mod(s) in MO and they will be disabled. That's what's so great about MO.

Also, remember to sort your load order every time you add or remove anything.

Good luck.

By the way, what's your CPU and GPU?

Something's fundamentally wrong cause its doing it even when ive disabled them all.

6950 2gb, and an i5-2500 @4.5ghz, 16gb Ram.

Yeah it did. I uninstalled, removed the two files, relaunched vanilla from SkyrimLauncher (to replace the files i removed), then quit. Then I reinstalled the ENB, made sure I used the RSV launcher to edit the .ini files (which i didnt do before -_-) then re-enabled it in MO, re-sorted, and relaunched. I had some trouble with it becoming a tiny screen in the top left but i fixed that in the skyrimpref.ini.

I think i'm up and running! thanks for your patience :P

I think I just screwed up all my female characters :mad::mad:

I decided to ditch the character overhaul and use some of the unp models + skin overhauls, to make them really realistic. Now what ever I've done has not only given the characters different hands but the bodies are completely shadowed!

I've uninstalled the mods and still it remains

The down side of using NMM, looks like a reinstall is in order if I can't fix

Neil, what on earth are you doing using NMM? As the creator of this thread, I would have been sure you'd be on MO. Get rid of that nonsense and start using MO - you won't get any issues like you are having once you do :D

Surely they are all shadowed because the textures that made them no longer exist? And the values you used in racemenu probably make no sense between mods.

Cmon Neil, you should know you can't change overhaul mods willy nilly and expect old saves to work.

I have used MO awhile back, but for some reason it wouldn't automatically download through Nexus so I stopped using it

You have to make a version change in the settings menu, so that Nexus will allow MO to pick up download requests. - It's a big gotcha for lots of people that use it first time, including me! :p
