in terms of texture packs, as mentioned above, its probably worth waiting until a big user mid comes out, although I like the looks of the hd night sky mod..
Also i haven't had a performance hit with any of the textures at all, not a single FPS. Textures are not the problem it seems, the only thing that affects my FPS is shadows
Just opened my NMM to uninstall mods to covert to manual installations and I was greeted by a NMM has been updated message mmmmm might give it a go see if the update is more stable and works properly
Thanks for this, although the original ones looked nice in places in dark areas it looked far too dark. This one is perfect, just a bit darker, gets rid of the slight yellow tinge and brings out textures nicelyBack to FXAA Injector Custom Settings-More Colourful and Realistic without Unnecessary Effects for me.
ENB series mod is causing more problems than it solves.
If anyone finds a decent config that looks more "realistic" than this, let me know.
Version 5: Added optional static loading image (shows animated Skyrim logo) which hides 3D model and hints for potential spoiling, also added option to hide "TIME" string.
Version 4: Added settings file (showAnalog, twelveHourClock, showLevelProgressPercentage, showHints, showLevelProgress and showTime)
Version 3: Added analog clock, added level progress percentage in level progress bar.
Version 2: Moved to bottom left of the screen, adjusted loading text alignment to Skyrim default.
Display current computer time on loading screens!
## Installation ##

Coloured map markers, awesome little mod. Makes things so much easier to see. It basically colours all the major cities/towns blue and the quest objectives bright green. I always found it annoying that everything was white.
I would like something that give you more information in the miscellaneous quests screen. ATM i have loads of quests such as "talk to xxx" but there is no indication of who they are or why i would be doing it! Maybe someone will add something as part of a UI mod, all we need is a proper journal that at least gives you a little info on the quest.
Has anyone tried Rich Merchants, seems very handy as there is a ridiculous limit on vanilla merchants. There are 2 versions, one which gives most merchants 2000 and one which gives most merchants 10,000
Yeah, same here. Also got a few 'collect bounty' and I don't even remember what mission I did to get it. Seems a bit half arsed to stick them in a misc section with no descriptions tbh.
More annoying for me are the miscellaneous quests along the lines of "Do X number of X" - I do this, and yet the quest remains in the list, even after completion. Very minor I know, but it nibbles at my slightly OCD ways
i use this one http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=598

Improves the look of forest floors; leaves & grass etc. Looks quite good compared to the original.
Problem solved!
I hope I get a thank you for this information
Not sure if anyone has seen this: http://uk.geforce.com/optimise/guides/five-fast-elder-scrolls-v-skyrim-tweaks-guaranteed-to-make-your-game-look-even-better
Sadly its for NVIDIA cards only but I've got couple of images so you can see the differences, quite good! Open them in separate tabs and click between them for a comparison.

After making all the changes: http://uppix.net/d/4/b/fb07cc694fd69123c995739129568.jpg
Is there a difference? I'm struggling to see one.
I just tried the Ambient Occlusion it works but it its heavy on the fps(and somewhat glitchy).
Others work good though.
