The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - MODS & TWEAKS

Just been reading that, I'm going to implement all the shadow tweaks for the ini files and then try out this ugrid tweak, it would be awesome if it works and doesnt make me crash, we really do need more draw distance in this game, I have everything maxed in options but its still not enough.

Also I hope they bring out new ATI drivers soon for this game specifically and I hope they bring out some patches for skyrim to improve graphics and give us more graphic options and allow full screen mode whilst in window mode.

Increasing iBlurDeferredShadowMask gives more natural looking shadows. Low values give very sharp edges. Most guides are saying set it to 2 and so on. Try setting it higher and see what you think.

Essential dogs- I know it is a cheat but not a bad one imo. Nice to have a dog always following you around

And in a similar vein-Cowardly Horses, just a quick fix really that makes horses flee instead of charging in against enemies.

And Immersive thunder- It sounded great anyway, but this looks great.

And here is another texture pack, this time for books- Retextured books, i don't know if books are covered in any other texture packs?

I have installed all of these and will try them out tomorrow

TBH i am most looking forward to the City overhauls tbh, i think the game is lacking one big city like Imperial City from Oblivion. That will not happen, but extensions to the existing cities would be great

Are you using that injector/config?

I'm happy with how i have it, i just need to tweak my ini a bit.

does it recommend mods through an installer or something, a bit like Morrowind sound and graphics overhaul?

I don't think it recommends the installer, nobody does TBF. :p

It's too flawed as it is.

I don't use any FXAA Injector or ENB configs since I've been using the FPS Limiter library lately (it works with ENB btw).

So in theory I could improve the graphics with ENB shaders but can't be bothered as framerates are so consistent now, it runs beautifully and I can install any textures I want without it crashing.

Any FXAA Injector config I've tried is taking an 5 fps hit or so which is a deal breaker in intense scenes.
