The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Remastered - MODS & TWEAKS

Anyone else got an issue with menus in SSE? When I navigate around and select something using the keyboard, the confirmation menu (eg "are you sure you want to.... Yes No") does not have focus. It's annoying because I can not just hit E to confirm; I have to first move the mouse then the little icons appear around Yes. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Anyone? :)

Is there a texture mod that improves the cut down tree stumps? Its one of them textures that stands out and seems odd its not included is any of the big texture packs I have tried.

It looks like a blurry mess to me. I think lightroom has sharpened the screenshot when i resized it as it looks worse in game. The bark looks great, which i think is down to the flora overhaul, or one of the texture mods I have on, but the wood bit just looks like a blurry vanilla skyrim texture.

Meh, its not like its game breaking or anything lol. Just one of them niggling little textures I wish I could change.

I need to find out what mod is doing it but my frame rates instead of being always at 70fps are dropping to 50-55 at times. Removing birds, the texture mods, grass mods made no difference. So it could be the reshade doing it :p

There's a hot key to toggle the reshade, F10 I think it is. You can also toggle aspects of the reshade on/off.

Verdant Grass and the ENB's DoF are biggest hits for me. In Falskaar, I'm frequently dropping to 45 FPS even on the 980Ti at 1080p

Have you tried the 1k version of verdant? Might give that a try as I am geting drops in places on my 970. I was actually thinking of upgrading to a 980ti, but if even that gets drops i'll have to rethink.

Could also try dropping the density down to 70 from 60.

Rated as one of the BEST Skyrim Texture overhauls

NobleSkyrimMod HD-2K

A. NSM - FULL PACK_v.5.3.0_2K - For Skyrim Special Edition
or
B. NSM - FULL PACK v.5.3.0_Performance - For Skyrim Special Edition

Manual only so far, NMM install and main SE page coming soon! I can't wait :D

What does the verdant grass mod offer over the full flora overhaul mod? Is it worth trying?

Edit: Wow, it makes a big difference. The game is looking awesome now. I followed this guide, but missed off a lot of the Oldrim mods as I'll wait and see how many are ported over before messing about.

Also strangely my fps is not dropping below 60 at all now and all I have done from my previous post is add more mods :D. I guess the load order must have been messed up or something.

I wish someone would redo the ground textures. It's my biggest gripe with this game, repeating ground textures are so obvious and horid. Really wouldn't be hard to make the orientation of the block random.

Does no one use the Steam Workshop? I did used to use Nexus, but with all the conflicts I gave up on it. Seeing the list here and having read a couple of guides, it seems that I am out of the loop.

How much hard work is it to use Nexus??
