Hope this doesn’t turn into one of those games where we dominate possession but can’t put it to bed, conceded a silly goal and it ends up a nervy final 10 mins under pressure and we barely hold on for a draw.

Nah, we’ll smash them 2nd half. :D

Aye this season’s Newcastle have struggled a bit in the show piece games but this has been a total domination. Only a goal in it like so anything can happen!

I’ve heard so much about Clarke and was looking forward to watching Bellingham but theyve been anonymous. Newcastle are first to every ball and their midfield is almost non existent. I don’t think they expected so much pressure on them when trying to play out from the back, maybe they don’t get that in their league but it’s really disrupting them. Ballard been their best player and poor lad has put it in his own net.
 
Bruno is in 10 yards of space everytime he gets the ball. Newcastle have never won a game when he gets blocked out, easier said than done like as he’s class but stop him playing and you stop Newcastle winning. He was magnificent tonight.
