Surely this game is to some extent the equivalent of both sides winning the toss and batting first with the sort of reset that happened overnight. Just some great consistent bowling from the Kiwis from what I've seen, with their patience yesterday rewarded.

I don't think Dhoni knows he's playing in any kind of match. He's got one eye on the ball, and the other on his stats.
