rushed yet "thorough".

thorough as in quantity. it'll affect so much of the rule book.

to be more substantial would be me longer video. so its a compromise between going in depth and losing people or brief but get point across.

I like the Norway government review and it's conclusion. in fact the whole video is pretty good and how deluded most people are.

That the Leave side really has nothing but lies that they pose as fact.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but Cameron has peddled nothing but scare tactics and inability to provide the correct answers and figures for his jaded remain campaign!

Except that whilst inside we know there won't be any significant change we don't agree with... by that I mean there can't be treaty change without us agreeing to it, there can't be new members without us agreeing to it, etc. We can't say exactly what the EU will look like in a decade, but we can say that we can stop it morphing into something we don't want in that timeframe.

I'm pretty sure they'll find a way, just like with previous treaties and rules they've skirted around (see previous referendums and financial bail-outs). The EU is marching very firmly in the direction of the United States of Europe. Remain supporters obviously want to see this in their liftime.

Ok, he used the wrong word. Anyway, I don't think he got his points across clearly enough in summary but certainly the general theme was easy to see.

To be pedantic, I think he only researched the ones shown on screen, which is about eight of them. But, of course, Brexit: The Movie has made no attempt to be public about its research so it's impossible to verify.

That occurred to me as well, but like you say there's no way to check and if those are the ones the Brexit:The Movie people lead with, it doesn't bode well. They should be made to provide citations. I'd lay money that what laws they do find aren't about "pillows" but just laws that could apply to pillows, amongst many other things.

I have never liked John Oliver much. I don't like the approach of hyperbole and demagoguery, although in this instance he is voicing a position I hold myself.

I see the thickening Baroness Warsi has done her disingenuous bit and made a dramatic last minute swap to supporting the Remain campaigners. Quite why parties haven't cottoned on to the fact a lot of these token ethnics they parade as unusual supporters of their cause often bite the hand that feeds them I don't know. Better to have mutterings of "racist party" than the ignominy of this dreadful woman having air time proclaiming you as such as she kicks you in the groin on her way out. They say there is no such thing as bad publicity at a certain stage in one's career...

Whereas 'Remain' ask you to agree to stay in a political union of which they have NO idea how it will look in 10 yrs time.

In what sense do we have "NO idea"? I'm pretty sure that we can tell you more or less what the EU will look like in ten years time.

That is one thing that bothers me. A vote to remain, imo, signals the go ahead for deeper ties and integration...

Just look what the EU has done to Greece, Portugal, Spain, Italy...

People still think this experiment is a success?

why do people not understand we have a veto. if its deeper integration its because we've accepted it.

at least have a basic understanding of the EU.

Until now I've always thought this referendum would be very close, but I think the Jo Cox murder and that UKIP poster have well and truly swung it in favour of remain.
