IDS and Gove wanting out causes me grave concerns. Boris on the other hand is a major coup for the out camp.

I think it would have been a major coup for for In camp if he'd decided to back the UK staying in the EU but tipping his hat for Brexit is much what everyone expected, isn't it? He's also playing down the chances of him taking a major role in the campaign which must be disappointing to the Out camp.

Boris strikes me as a character who could swing the vote if he fully committed to one side or another.

Was edging towards out but unsure but now firmly in the leave camp. After watching an article showing non UK nationals claiming benefits and sending them abroad, in this case Poland enough is enough...

I'm voting out and was always intending to do so. I can no longer stomach the erosion of our sovereignty year after year in the pursuit of closer union.

We're basically doomed if people are swayed by reading an article that said people were sending money to Poland. Don't you think there might be more to it than that and perhaps there is a bit more reading to be done before making your mind up?!

There are positive and negative aspects of our membership of the EU. Only a fool would pretend everything was perfect but on the same lines only a fool would pretend everything was bad. The idea is to weigh up and the pros and cons and make an informed decision, not kneejerk 'firmly into the leave camp' on the basis of an article!

I am generally pro EU, but after seeing what happened with Greece, I am afraid this will turn into more of a dictatorship sooner or later.

Politics is flawed in itself, so to give a few so much power over many with a system that doesn't work, doesn't fill me with confidence. And I don't even think there should be such a thing as borders.

Had lobbying never existed and politicians not been so corrupt, I'd still be voting to stay, but no. Too many countries with corrupt politicians with hidden agendas, let alone our own crappy government.

Why should we accept our tax money being sent over to swell Polands coffers?

We shouldn't, but we should also put it in perspective and not allow it and it alone to dictate whether we abandon the benefits we get as being part of the EU.

Which is basically what I said - there are pros and cons, and we should all consider carefully whether there are more pros or more cons before deciding how to vote.

Rather than just HERP DERP! WHY SHOULD WE ACCEPT DAT IM VOTING LEAVE1111 or randomly throwing words like 'sovereignty' around. It's far more complex than that.

If, and I know it's a bit if unfortunately, the U.K. does vote to leave the EU then it's inconceivable that Cameron can continue as PM and negotiate our exit. Therefore Boris' decision to join the leave campaign really matters. He's seen as prime ministerial material and could well be Cameron's successor later this year. Without him, the remain campaign can use this scenario to scare people into voting their way.

Generally speaking I'm pro EU lefty, what worries me though is that this is the one and only chance we'll get to vote out. A bit like the jocks with their independence referendum, I fear that if we vote to stay in we'll never get another chance to leave no matter what happens in the future.

I'm very tempted to vote out.

I'm massively worried our future is about to be chosen by morons.

Is there anything stopping us from leaving? It would be a lot of effort filling the gaps left in legislation but as far as I know all EU members can ultimately repeal the act that saw them join the Union in the first place.

i will be voting to stay in. I work in the research sector, the UK Unis and lots of UK organisations are the 2nd biggest recipients of EU grants and tenders (after Germany) that are open to MSs in the EU - approx 70Bn Euros. If we leave it will cripple Unis and the research sector as well as connected business areas.

Did you know that there are no such things as EU grants, unless you think giving the EU money and getting a lot less back is a good idea.
