Yeah, it's a separate institution to which we're one of the biggest funders.
They are. In Denmark and Ireland, they obtained changes or assurances they desired and held new referenda where the people decided those changes were sufficient and changed their support.
In France, Sarkozy ran on a platform of renegotiating and then ratifying the treaty without a referendum and was democratically elected by the French on that basis.
