Stay in. I believe in the EU although I do dislike some of the policies. To me there are more benefits that cons to staying in the EU.

I also like the idea of free movement, granted that is selfish reasons as I like being able to move within the EU with no need for Visa's.

not really the case most European countries you need to register in the UK you don't. As one of the largest contributors we don't even have any EU intuitions based in the UK. Infact if there were going to be any it should be that the Central bank should be located in London.

I'd forgotten how startlingly disingenuous Cameron was about this: "It’s a €2bn bill. It gets presented with a month to go. That is not an acceptable way to behave and it’s not an acceptable sum of money" he said when the EU handed us a bill based on an agreed formula using numbers the UK had spent two years preparing. If Cameron really didn't know that we were going to have to pay this amount then it shows a shockingly poor grasp of what goes on in the UK and the EU.

Wonder how many Yes voters changed their mind after the EU migrant crisis though.

Why? The EU migrant crisis showed the rest of Europe acting to assist while our government snivelled on the sidelines and bemoaned doing anything much to help. If anything it showed another example of how EU co-operation is needed to deal with these issues and national governments acting alone fail.

It showed how one country can unilaterally burden all the others with a decision it took entirely on its down.

LOL even the most ardent euro-phile isn't going to buy that. It was, and possibly is, pure chaos and the consequences are potentially serious and still developing.

Lol, ok.

Germany lumbered everyone with a perfect crap storm as it fell over itself to prove how hipster liberal it was.

Now the entire EU is inundated with leeches from all over the middle east and those who actually need help can't get it as the fences have been thrown up to stem the tide. On top of that, those whose opinion was on the fence over the EU probably now think it's more than a waste of time and will vote out.

Bravo Germany, bravo. Complete. Idiocy.

And rather than "unifying" the EU, it showed how different member states opinions on crucial matters really are.

Far from cooperation, it showed how Merkel and pals wanted to dictate their will to the whole EU.

Plus it's been reported that there are now "daily" protests in East Germany opposed to the wishes of Mutter Merkel.
