I agree that on the whole common sense will prevail however there's always the fear that some random idiot will do something which will overshadow the rest.

It won't be bad, we've heard it all before with Millwall, Cardiff etc. This isn't the 80s anymore and Chelsea will bottle it. ;)

But in all seriousness, I don't think there will be much trouble, the Police will be well on top of anything. I won't be wearing anything QPR related though as I'm sure there will be a few idiots on the train on the way back to Slough.

I wouldn't get too excited, do you know how many times over the past 6 seasons Arsenal have put out a truly awesome cup team of hungry younger players coupled with a couple of our best first teamers, who put on an epic performance, that embarrasses recent first team performances and then........ we don't see some of those players for the next year, and some leave the club without ever being given a chance in the league.

I still remember the stuffing we gave Sheffield Utd, the performance was EPIC on every level, while it was only Sheffield that was a performance that would have battered almost any team. A manager who refuses to start players but wastes them in cup games he expects to lose anyway and/or doesn't care about rarely if ever means he'll start them in the league.

If he did think that, they would have made starts already. Think of Beckford, didn't matter if he scored, Moyes would drop him in a heartbeat, madness.

Some people are making mountains out of molehills with suggestions of racist undertones. Anyone stupid enough to use discriminatory or racist language will be dealt with as they would be at any other game.

There will be the usual singing, chanting and even the odd boo or two as you would expect at a local derby game. I don’t believe that either set of fans will spoil the game. I expect it to be a very enjoyable, hard fought cup game.
