I had a few items come from Hong Kong some years ago where the retailer used TNT and each shipment was late arriving.

You have to go some to make one entity’s end to end service worse than the combination of Hong Kong Post Office and Parcel Farce Worldwide.

Depending on which government department was involved, it might be Special Branch doing the investigating which guarantees zero fun time for all involved.

UPS will get it unless the recipient is not there to receive or they can't find the address.

Had a few items from USA via UPS and they have always been good and quick.

FedEx will sit at Kingsbury for a day or so... Not a chance it can pull it back as still need to get to Switzerland, never mind clear customs.

The closest is DPD as it's at least left Birmingham Airport.

Yeah. Only caveat I'd place on this is where the failed delivery was the end user fault and not the carrier fault... If it failed due to carrier not getting there then that's fine

I always had faith in UPS having sent a fair few things recently I couldn't fault them. Was rapid and I love the man that comes to collect packages from my house haha I just set one up for collection on the 3rd to Taiwan so let's see how long that one takes.
