Not much hope for TNT if they can’t even collect on the right day

As above, DPD are terrible. We recently had a laptop go "missing" from the back of a DPD van and they delivered an empty box. Luckily it was encrypted, but as it potentially contained sensitive data the local depot has a **** storm coming their way. They can't just sweep it under the carpet this time.

Cluttering up the thread, but I've also noticed weird crap from DPD such as them delivering a box to me. I needed to return it and so told them. They said it wasn't possible since the box (they delivered) was too large e.g. outside of their maximum sizing.

Back on topic. Does the TNT tracker show awaiting collection or is it a missed collection and that's what the second FedEx van was for? I wouldn't have thought so though as both operated in my area with different branded vans.

TNT(FedEx) Rang to inform that the "TNT" parcel would be collected tomorrow instead as they were running a cut down crew today and didnt have enough people out to collect everything. (14:59)

I don't think anybody collected on the right day - OP said they were all scheduled for collection on the 28th.

Don't get me started...I would love a real time live updated map with each courier having their own colour showing their path. And the icon could be a little cartoon van. And all the destinations could have a little black and white finish flag.
