Just checked the first few pages of the 800x600 thread, and makes me see how little games actually progressed in terms of graphics across the board compared to 4 years ago ( provided people played games maxed and with aa).
Most of the games from it have barely dated and still look superb
.
In the old days games used to progress faster I think
. Games like NFSU2, rome total war, FS2k4, doom3, Far cry ( if you ignore the draw distance 
) HL2/CSS still look superb on this day imo.

They don't unless you're a bad mayor and let your roads get congested.
It's very dated and my game is modded a lot, it runs rubbish and you need to make sure it runs just on 1 core else you'll experience random crashes. Unless you're a fan, sc4 might be very hard to get into.
