I just can't get Qarls to work

Get the omod 1.3 version and use Oblivion Mod Manager to install it.

I've also got a couple of LOD replacement mods.

I got fed up of trying to play this game and fallout 3 due the the constant stuttering when loading up new area's. I have heard a couple of SSD drives in raid 0 gets rid of the stutter.
