The Intel Quadcore Database

well it looks like I will have to go that way... but having to persaud the misses right now.. as I see it would have to be a pretty decent water setup to beat what I have now and that would be pricey :)

I think I will find the top end of this Air Setup first and then I will go from there

Past the 3800 mark :)

well dont think much more is possible if i need more vcore increase, pretty certain that am at the limit of the heatsink if i can get more Mhz without a vcore increase then i guess i can get higher :)

am going to have a play around 2morrow with the HS see if I can drop those 2 hot cores a little then might have some room for a little more :)

Anyways will be getting my self a nice yorkfield when they come out will be really interesting to see what they can do on this sort of air-setup with so much less heat output

@ Pneumonic, would you please share your BIOS settings? my give me an indication of where I'm going wrong.

Post here or email in trust.

Thanx.

By the way, awesome overclock m8

^that's a great clock at that vcore.

Push it more though! :p g0 chips can take more heat!

BTW I've just been SMP folding for 24+ hours with my B3 quad at 3.6ghz....I'll try to push it a bit more and prime it overnight so I can enter it in before my g0 chip comes.

I'm going to take the top B3 clock :D

With an open window and a little help from mother nature... anything is possible! :)
