Not a bug. You can't do it by design (because Newstand is effectively a folder itself).

I have the same problem with Newsstand, everything else is back as it was, worked first time. Guess I got lucky.

Now I've gone from getting a 3200 error to a Unknown Error. My iPhone is also stuck on the diagram of the USB cable and the iTunes logo.
