Can you disable backup from running each and every time? to speed it up...

At what point are you getting these error messages?

Mine's gone through the download, done the update and is now restoring my backup with an estimated time now of "About 12 minutes".

The error occurs after the update is initialised and it does a backup, at the end of which it gives the 3200 error. Downloading the iOS5 package itself went fine.

I get it just as it's about to get to that point, so you've got past the error

Mine has download and installed (seemingly OK) but I can't get past the set-up pages that appear.

I can't get off the "Setup iCloud" screen unless I agree to use it and then I can't get past the "Find My iPhone" page whether I choose to use it or not -the Next button just doesn't do anything.

Somone on another forum said to put your iDevice in Airline mode and try to update/install iOS5, for those people with Error 3200

Cool. For me, this has been the easiest update so far - I had a big problem with one a while back and others have been slow to download but it's all been peachy so far *touches wood*
