Even I can see the funny side. I was very reluctant to do business with CPW based upon previous experience but they were offering preorder and I was told by customer services that I would definitely be allocated a phone for delivery today.

I have just phoned them and cancelled. They said they could get me one by Monday but I insisted on cancelling due to their poor customer service.

Use our (basic) order tracking function on the site, it should tell you if it's been despatched or not, but in any event you should have had an email to tell you what's going on?

Hmm, not received any emails saying anything apart from the confirmation just after the order was placed. :(

edit: logged in, order ust says "pending", no reason why. Will try calling now.

1st impressions: MUCH quicker, loving the speed, just how it should be. Although that was without it being full of stuff so we'll see once its loaded.

Screen seems much nicer to use (swipe etc).

Installing Apps is much quicker too.

The compass is abit random, for example say you get it to 180 deg it will twitch between 177 and 183, which is abit annoying but that was inside...

when I click through it just says "order received". got some god awful hold music currently.

edit: well, nobody picking up, will need to hang up and phone back later, too busy this morning.

Mine said Despatched under the Status in the end - definitely sounds like all thats happened to yours is that they accepted the order :(

Fingers crossed Im wrong and all is well...

Just got back with my payg 16gb. Do I need to put in the payg sim and activate through iTunes or the Simplicity sim i intend to use???
