Hi there, setup google sync for my calender and contacts. I can't seem to get events older than a month to sync from google to my iPhone. I've changed the calender setting to all events but I have no pre-July events on my iPhone. Any ideas?

Guys, I'm having a problem acquiring apps on the 3GS itself, I'm trying to download and install GoogleEarth, I get the following error:

Unable to download Application
Google Earth will be available for download when you log into the iTunes store on your computer.

I've tried this with Google Earth, Peggle, Facebook and another app, only way I get them on the iPhone is from the PC.

I never had this issue with my touch, any ideas?

Is the phone registered?

I got that error once whilst trying to install an app over 10MB (first on 3G, then resuming on Wi-Fi)

I think it's due to the download failing verification and you need to plug back in to reauthorise your iTunes account.

Just ordered a black 32GB iPhone from O2. Order status: In Progress... Got an email saying it's been passed to the warehouse for processing. Better come tomorrow... I've paid the £10 extra for Saturday Delivery.

What do you mean registered?

Well I changed to WI-FI in my house and it downloaded and installed the application fine so I can only think it's the signal strength to o2.

Ah right, you do realise apps over 10MB need to be installed on Wi-Fi or via iTunes?

I attempted to start the download on 3G, then switched to Wi-Fi and it got confused methinks :o

Yes, it's been shipped.

Considering I've been using a Nokia 6600 fold and a Sony Ericsson K810i before that, I think this'll be quite a step up.

Only problem I've got now is that my mum's My O2 account has been messed up. I wasn't logged in when I made the order in my name, but now the account details for her account are in my name, as a female, with my DOB and my order for the iPhone is listed on her recent orders. Wierd.
