Got mine yesterday in White from the Apple store - so far so good but there is so much to look and learn at.

The whole apps store is a bit of a minefield between freebies and paid for apps!

I wouldnt recommend any Griffin case - always seem to hear bad things about them, including the Reveal:

Mine didnt track at all until I made an enquiry and 3months later it validated at £60 - took a while and its still not received...

Yes the phone charges via the USB cable and to move or delete icons you simply touch and hold any icon and they will sudden begin to wobble, you can then move the icons around and to delete an app you hit the "x" on the icon.

or you can do it in Itunes If you have 3.1 Firmware on your Iphone and also Itunes 9 installed.
 
How does the warranty work on these phones? My mate is interested in buying one and it is brand new but he is buying off someone. They have lost their receipt though, so if something goes wrong is it necessary to have the receipt or are repairs done just based on the serial number?
 
iPhone 3.1.2 has been released.

This update contains bug fixes and improvements, including the following:

I want to set up as a new phone, on doing so I belive I will lose all my notes/contacts/sms', is there a way of backing these up then transfering them back once ive set up as a new phone, without restoring from a iTunes backup? Iam JB and want to get rid off of all signs off my JB
