A heads up for iTunes update, no idea what's fixed but it told me my apps all needed updating so I updated them and now its still telling me they need updating. One infinite loop of downloading the same applications over and over. :S

That lasted 10 seconds on my phone. Thought it was trash and about as useful as those 'Flashlight' apps, where a white jpg would be more handy.

Theres a flashlight app called myLite - it has different lights - Fire engine, disco, rock concert, traffic light - ABSOLUTELY pathetic but funny as ****

Finally got myself a Black 16gb, well chuffed. Just busy uploading 16gb worth of stuff on to it

Question: Now, in an area where I used to just get GPRS coverage, which was denoted by a solid blue square, I now get a square with a dot inside it, does this mean the same thing?

Blue with dot = GPRS
Blue with E = EDGE
Blue with 3G = 3G

Here's one for you. Can I put my iPhone sim into my other O2 Phone? My n95 would allow me to tether to my laptop, but the iPhone sim would have unlimited internet usage!

You'd be flagged up under the fair use policy - the unlimited internet usage is for phone use only, not a laptop.

You can tether the phone to laptop and aslong as you stay in their fair usage policy I wouldnt see a problem

You can tether the phone to laptop and aslong as you stay in their fair usage policy I wouldnt see a problem

The fair usage policy specifically says that the unlimited data tariffs "can only be used for internet browsing on your phone" though, so you'd be breaking it immediately.

Of course it's doubtful whether they would bother for a small amount of data, but if you started using it on a regular basis it is likely to be flagged up and you will be charged for the data use as per the contract.
