I'd take it back if that's the case, sounds like your taptic engine is faulty

Whenever I click on the Reserve and Pickup link people keep posting in here i just a get page that says 'We're sorry but this service is currently unavailable'. Is that right?

The low light capability may be the differentiating factor considering lots of the normal day tests don't seem too special.

Especially if more of these images see the light of day....

Silly, but obvious question, you are pressing hard enough to register the click, right? If it's activating the home button to take you back to the main screen then the button is working, but the haptic engine is dead.

They are fantastic cases, black one on my Matte Black 7 looks the business

Also the change they made to the buttons by actually adding metal ones to the case means it performs better than the older style leather cases did.

They are very good quality but they are real dust-traps around the edges of the screen.

Seems mine has it. It's not awful, but it was enough for me to notice it while it was on my desk near me. Not the end of the world, but for an £800 device I'll likely request an exchange for a silent one.

Only when the phone is doing something.

For example I could hear it with the screen off, on my desk, while it was updating apps.

It's tolerable so far, but I'll have to keep an eye on it and see what it's like in day to day use. But to be honest it's an £800 device so I'll likely get it exchanged as I don't fancy settling for something tolerable on something this expensive

It's definitely more colourful, if you're looking for it. However it's still not as good as the AMOLED screens Samsung are using.
