The last game you completed, and rating.

Finished two games this week.

Need for Speed The Run - was only £4.50 from amazon US, I fair enjoyed it though although no replay value for me - 6/10.

Finished in 3 hours.

Sleeping Dogs - I loved it from start to finish, got really interested in the storyline which kept me hooked right to the end and I hope it sets up a sequel 9/10.

Finished in 12 hours.

Alan Wake 6/10

Cliche. Repetitive. Meh Graphics. Overall meh.

Alan Wake's American Nightmare 4/10

It's the same, but far far worse.

Not a PC game although I played it on one.

10/10 of course :)

XCOM

8.5/10

Pretty good, but way too consoley (is that a word?) lacks the depth of the original and has weird game play elements. Like you need to `discover` them so they can `discover` you even though you have been killing their buddies all along:confused: Also cheap, cheating AI , small maps, no base building etcetc I could go on :p Visuals are nice though compared to the old one :D

Dishonored 7.5/10
Purely because of the storyline and gameplay. Graphics werent great.

Haven`t finished this one yet, but I thought it looked very nice. Love the soft painterly quality of the textures and the art style. Unfortunately the textures seem pretty low resolution, a HD texture pack wouldn`t go amiss (a la Sleeping dogs)

Not really "completed" yet, but just finished Episodes 1, 2 and 3 of The Walking Dead. Quite simply, amazing, 9/10. There's not much to do in terms of gameplay, but the story is brilliant. I'd like to see more gameplay sections in a second season and more options, but I actually cared about the characters in the story.

Brilliant.

Dark Souls - 8.5-9/10

A combination of having watched the first 2-3 hours of the game multiple times before playing the game and some of the areas/bosses (Bed of ******* Chaos ) in the game just not being all that great brought this fantastic game down a mark or two. Most of the other areas were really enjoyable though and the DLC although feeling quite short, had some of the most fun to battle bosses in the game (Especially Artorias). Despite the default graphics being god awful the Durante Fix made the game look a lot better although it still looks flakey at times.

Overall great game and would recommend to those who enjoy a challenge and have a PS3/360 pad to play the game with :p.

This is somewhat embarrassing: I have played 788 hours of Skyrim according to my Steam account. And I can still discover new things. I haven't played for 3 weeks or so because I needed to break the addiction.

I'd give it a 10/10 as well. And to think I almost didn't bother buying it because it was an "RPG" and I somehow thought I didn't like RPGs.

So you've spent 32 days playing Skyrim and it was released around a year ago lol...

Prince of Persia Warrior Within :p 8/10 : Good game but the backtracking and glitches put me off somewhat, onto the 3rd now.;) (think Sands of Time was better)

Mark of the Ninja

Absolutely cracking little game, you could finish the first run through in around 6-8 hours depending on your skill. It was good enough that having played it I actually purchased it ;)

Definitely a 9/10 title and for anyone that enjoys stealth games it's a must buy!

Jade Empire 6/10

+Constant 120fps
+Minigames break things up a bit
+Nice fights towards the end, controlling other characters etc
+John Cleese section
+Usual Bioware depth in terms of lore, conversations etc

-Worst Bioware game I've ever played (behind KOTOR, DA and ME series)
-Only being able to have one companion at a time sucks
-Mediocre graphics
-NPC characters are a bit difficult to distinguish from each other, e.g. when running back into an urban area to claim a quest reward
-Storyline and dialog didn't really grab me that much, about halfway through I stopped exhausting all the conversation arcs, and was skimread-clicking through most of them
-Combat is a big step down from the visceral hack'n'slash of DA2, or the advanced tactics of DA (no middle ground between Attack and Support orders, they either wade in or hide away to leave me doing all the fighting - I'd prefer them to be a bit more dynamic, you know, setting priorities etc)
-Annoying unskippable cutscenes, especially bad when they play out just before a tough fight such as Inquisitor Jao
-Respawning enemies
-Felt like a chore towards the end, just wanted to get through it
